To secure your vendor spot, simply place a $250 deposit through our vendor registration page. This deposit will hold your booth, and the remaining balance is due by January 30, 2025. (The earlier balance is paid the earlier we can announce on social media)

The conference runs from September 2-4, 2025. Vendors will be active on the main conference days, September 3rd and 4th. Preconference sessions on September 2nd are available to attendees but are separate from the vendor exhibit schedule.

Your vendor booth includes prime placement within the conference venue, lunch on both September 3rd and 4th, dinner at the social event on September 3rd, two social media announcements to over 500,000 followers, as well as a table with two chairs and an electrical outlet.

Each vendor will receive two dedicated social media posts shared with our audience of over 500,000 followers. Additionally, sponsors are featured in our social media bios, and provided dedicated videos for social media, gaining even more visibility.

Yes! In addition to your booth, vendors can explore sponsorship opportunities, which include additional promotions such as dedicated videos on social media, large banner stickers, podcast mentions, email features, and custom branded giveaways.

The remaining balance for your vendor booth is due 90 days prior to the event (June 4th 2025). Full payment ensures your booth space is reserved and confirmed for the event. The earlier final payment is received the faster we can start the promotion process.

Absolutely! Vendors are recognized as valued supporters of FASTCAN 2025. Additionally sponsors are publicly thanked before lunch on both days and during the social event, ensuring strong visibility for your brand.

Vendors will receive detailed instructions closer to the event, including setup times on September 2nd and teardown procedures at the close of the conference on September 4th.
